What you will be doing
Maintain and update our database with the latest product knowledge and insights, across our Banking, General Insurance, Energy & Telco verticals
Build trusting relationships with institutional contacts in order to maintain timely and accurate data
Develop and maintain a full understanding of both consumer usage and market knowledge in assigned product areas, in order to answer queries both internally and externally
Support all customer queries promptly and efficiently
Assist Research Analysts with ensuring databases sufficiently capture market changes and suggest improvements
Support the wider Product Data team and activity contribute to the in Star Ratings meetings
What you need to bring to the role
Entry level role for an individual experienced in data entry or with a background in Banking, General Insurance, Energy or Telco products
A keen desire to learn and grow product knowledge
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work both closely with others and independently as required
A high level of attention to detail
Excellent time management
Ability to communicate at a range of technical levels
